Health & Care Taker Visa

The Health and Care visa is similar to the Skilled Worker Visa, both of these visas allow you to live and work in the UK, however, there are some differences. The Health and Care Worker Visa is only open to certain medical professionals and people in eligible health and care roles.

The Health and Care Visa is valid for up to 5 years, after this time you can apply to extend your visa if you wish to continue working in the UK. Providing that you continue to meet the eligibility requirements then you can extend your Health and Care visa as many times as you like. If you want to make the UK your permanent home then you may also be eligible to apply for Indefinite Leave to Remain after residing in the country for at least 5 years on this visa.

Student Visa

Visitor Visa

UK visitor visas are for foreign nationals who wish to come to the UK as a tourist, business person, student, or for other permitted reasons, typically for up to 6 months.

The visitor visa can act as a short term business visa, a tourist visa for UK holidays, an academic visit visa, a marriage visitor visa to get married or enter into civil partnership, and much more. If you’re coming to the UK for travel, tourism, leisure, short term business needs, or private medical treatment, then the standard visit visa (UK) will give you permission to come to the UK to do so.

Skilled Worker Visa

Skilled Worker visa was introduced in December 2020 and has replaced Tier 2 (General) work visa. Tier 2 (General) visa remains valid for visa holders but the next visa extension will be granted under the Skilled Worker route. The two routes will be considered as one for the purpose of assessing eligibility to indefinite leave to remain. Skilled worker visa leads to entitlement to indefinite leave to remain after five years in this immigration route or in a combination of qualifying immigration categories.
